Tanzania — Raised Bed Precision, Floral Brightness

From small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya region of Tanzania, at 1,200–1,900M, Bourbon and Kent varieties are fully washed and dried on raised beds. Pear, floral, jasmine, and strawberry — a medium-light roast with an effervescent quality that’s rare in East African coffees. Flame-Tuned roasting at a lighter level preserves the delicate florals without stripping the body.
