Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions Bearista Brews offers subscription options for select coffees, teas, and functional beverages so you never run out of your favorites. Subscriptions renew automatically on your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) until cancelled.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your account at www.bearistabrews.com and managing your subscription from your account dashboard, or
• Contacting us at [your email] before your next renewal date

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

Modifications You can pause, skip, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Product swaps and quantity changes are also available prior to your next renewal date.

Billing Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on each renewal date. You'll receive an email reminder before each charge. Bearista Brews reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with advance notice.

Refunds Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you experience an issue with a subscription order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bearistabrews.com.
