What Is the Bearista Brews Subscription?
Our subscription program lets you set up automatic recurring deliveries of your favorite coffees and teas — roasted to order, shipped fresh, and timed exactly to your routine. No warehoused beans. No stale bags. Just Flame-Tuned coffee arriving when you need it.
How It Works
Choose your product — Select any coffee, tea, or functional blend from our catalog.
Pick your frequency — Choose how often you want it delivered: every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks or frequency of months.
We roast to order — Every batch is roasted fresh using our Flame-Tuned process and ships within 2–3 days of roasting.
It arrives at your door — Sit back. Your ritual is handled.

Free shipping — On all qualifying subscription orders over $40.
Flexible scheduling — Skip, pause, or adjust your delivery frequency anytime.
Early access — Be first to try new blends, single origins, and seasonal releases.
Managing Your Subscription
You're always in control. Log in to your Bearista Brews account to:
Skip a delivery — Need a break? Skip any upcoming order with one click.
Pause your subscription — Life happens. Pause for up to 60 days, no questions asked.
Change your frequency — Drinking more? Drinking less? Adjust your schedule anytime.
Swap your product — Try something new without canceling.
Update your address or payment — Edit your details before your next order processes.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order to take effect.
Billing & Payment
Your card is charged automatically on your scheduled renewal date.
You'll receive an order reminder email 3 days before each charge.
Accepted payment methods: all major credit cards and Shop Pay.
Failed payments will be retried once. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused and you'll be notified by email.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time — no fees, no penalties.
Cancel via your account dashboard or by emailing sales@bearistabrews.com .
Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next order to avoid being charged for that cycle.
Orders already roasted or in transit cannot be canceled or refunded.
Returns & Refunds on Subscription Orders
Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order details.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded within 7 days of delivery — just reach out to us.
