At Bearista Brews, every bag is roasted to order — fresh, intentional, and built for the bold. Because of the nature of our craft, we hold a firm but fair policy to protect the quality you expect.

 

No Returns on Opened Products


All sales on opened coffee, tea, and merchandise are final. Once a bag has been opened, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund. This ensures every customer receives a product that meets our freshness and quality standards.


We trust you to choose boldly — and we stand behind every roast we ship.

 

Unopened Products


If your order arrives unopened and in unsatisfactory condition, we'll make it right. You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
  • To initiate a return, email us at  sales@bearistabrews.com  with your order details.
  • Dammaged or Incorrect orders


If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we've got you covered — no questions asked. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened coffee or tea products
  • Opened merchandise (apparel, mugs, etc.)
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect)
